Pay Rate/Range: $25-30/hr
Description: Seeking a contract Director of Human Resources. The Director of Human Resources advises departments and city officials on human resource issues. Ensures compliance with employment and workplace regulations and laws is required. Will have considerable contact with the public, City department heads and employees, as well as members of the governing body. Administers employee insurance benefits and serves as liaison to benefit providers and assures timely, accurate reporting to providers. Additional tasks include managing hiring and onboarding, training of staff and volunteers, resolving conflict and crating solutions, back up on marketing and social media, and other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED is required. Seeking those with at least 2-4 years of human resources experience.
Job Type: Contract, possibly Contract-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
