Pay Rate/Range: $16/hr
Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual for a local aerospace company as a Polishing Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for polishing, buffing, and cleaning acrylic windows to remove scratches, pits, and other imperfections. Your work will ensure that each window meets high-quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their hands-on skills in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements:A high school diploma or GED is required. Previous experience with orbital sanding—particularly in auto body or woodworking—is highly preferred. Candidates must be comfortable standing, bending, and using hand tools for extended periods, as well as lifting up to 25 lbs.
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
