Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Position Details:
Monday to Thursday: 1-5 hours daily
Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in computers, technology, and social media, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word. This role involves client interaction, administrative support, and assisting the Office Manager and owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with three designated computer programs to perform daily tasks
Greet and meet clients professionally
Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and owners
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
Assist with social media updates and online engagement
Help close the office in the evenings as needed
Qualifications:
Proficiency in computers, technology, and social media platforms
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Notes:
Flexibility in hours is required
Previous administrative or office experience is a plus
