Customer Service Representative
Location: Farmingdale, NY (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $18/hour
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with experience in call centers or dispatch operations to support delivery and installation teams. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to help ensure seamless customer experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Provide real-time support to delivery and installation crews in the field.
- Handle high volumes of inbound calls related to home delivery, service, and installations.
- Assist showrooms with scheduling and issue resolution.
- Check in drivers, verify completed routes, and process related paperwork.
- Generate next-day delivery documents and reconcile invoices with shipment data.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous call center, dispatch, or logistics experience is required.
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and time-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-energy environment.
