Essential Functions:
- Completing home studies of prospective foster parents in accordance with The Bair Foundation policies and philosophies.
- Conduct in depth interviews in the family’s home with all members of the household.
- Ensure the home meets state and county standards.
- Make an assessment to determine whether the home meets the requirements for certification/verification.
- Assessments are completed on an as-needed basis.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field
- One year of experience working with at-risk youth.
- Experience with completing home studies is preferred.
