Essential Functions:

• Assessing family safety and reporting any concerns regarding the safety of children to supervisor immediately.
  
• Accepting referrals from the referral agency and scheduling families for services.
  
• Coordinating and facilitating meetings for each family accepted; which will include the family, referral source, and other family supports.
  
• Providing services to each referred family and completes appropriate parenting training curriculum.
  
• Collaborating with referral source to develop a plan in meeting program requirements and services provided for each client.
  
• Providing required documentation in accordance with program standards and contract obligations.
  
• Meeting with referral source personnel regularly to provide ongoing reports of the family’s progress.
  
• Facilitating monthly group meetings with community providers and families, as appropriate.
  
• Maintaining appropriate professional boundaries with clients and families.
  
• Assessing family’s strengths and needs.
  
• Scheduling and coordinating visits and transportation of clients and families.
  
• Meeting with families to discuss goals, strengths, and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Inputting information into the electronic data bases.

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• Child welfare experience preferred.
