ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure the safety of all children served.
- Perform permanency services, including clear and concise paperwork, under state and contract guidelines.
- Meet all state, contract and The Bair Foundation required timelines for documentation.
- Meet the requirements of assigned cases.
- Participate in required face-to-face supervision.
- Attend state and contract training as directed by supervisor.
- Advocate for the best interests of the child and families.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Social Work or related field.
