Job Description
**BEHAVIOR ANALYST SUPERVISOR/ASSISSTANT SUPERVISOR **
At The Behavior Train we have an open position for a supervisor (BCBA) in our Monroe, LA clinic. We are a multi-site ABA organization currently with three locations along the 1-20 corridor in North Louisiana. We are looking for someone that’s focus is aligned with ours on the professional efficient, effective and ethical delivery of high-quality ABA therapy. We offer 1:1:1 therapy with each client having their own room and technician per session.
The follow topics are most important to us: Quality Therapy; Support & Development of Staff; Effective Communication (Staff and Client Families); Accountability; Timely Execution of Deliverables; Servant Leadership; Positive Culture; Distraction/Drama Free Environment; Cheerleading for Each Other; Responsible and Trustworthy Stewards of ABA in our Communities
