The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Program Analyst (Data) in North Little Rock, AR. The Program Analyst will support the functionality and design of the client’s Customer Support System (CSS). The Program Analyst is a technical support services position, performing the following:
- Support client’s Customer Support System (CSS) & Intranet sites utilizing SharePoint Designer 2019/SharePoint Online.
- Create/develop/update workflows, lists, groups, document libraries, etc.
- Monitor/Diagnose/Fix issues within CSS (access, workflows, system routing/ticket assignment, etc.)
- Perform technical research and recommend solutions addressing user/system issues.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure system functionality.
- Perform data validation of the information submitted on tickets & invoices.
- Update/Create Balance Sheets.
- Provide phone, e-mail, and other support to individuals to help them troubleshoot, enter tickets, and/or navigate the system.
- Create/Submit various weekly, monthly, & ad-hoc reports
- Maintains various DPW databases.
- Position is required to travel to meetings/events periodically.
Salary : $69,900 - $88,500
