The Carlstar Division of Titan International is seeking a Inventory Control Manager within our McDonough, GA Distribution Center. This position will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, developing inventory tracking systems, ensuring levels of supplies adhere to company standards, planning for inventory related issues, and providing leadership to the inventory control team. The successful candidate for this role will be a detail-oriented, proactive leader, with a strong background in inventory control and logistics.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and maintains inventory control processes and procedures including maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular audits.
- Attain 97% inventory accuracy on average and sustain with the goal of being exempt from annual physical inventory.
- Analyzes inventory data to identify trends and areas of continuous improvement opportunities.
- Manages on the onsite inventory turn including the obsolescence program
- Serves as leadership for Inventory Control team including training, developing, and supervising team members.
- Implements and manages inventory tracking systems including resolving any discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepares and presents inventory reports for management review.
- Defines and setups a strategy-based Slotting program that optimizes our Outbound processes
