The Center for Autism Education is growing! We are looking for a motivated candidate to join our team-focused work environment at our Adult Day Program!
Job Requirements:
· Education: Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field with required BACB coursework
· Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
· Experience: At least 1 year working with individuals with autism or challenging behaviors
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst job responsibilities include:
· Provide behavioral treatment for adults with autism and developmental disabilities in multiple environments (i.e. Day Program, ISLs, in-home)
· Perform Functional Behavior Assessments and Preference Assessments
· Create Behavior Intervention Plans and update/revise as necessary
· Use research-based assessments (i.e. VB MAPP/ AFLS) to assess skills and develop interventions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
· Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Docs to create data sheets and spreadsheets to monitor behavioral progress
· Review, graph, and analyze behavioral data
· Work directly with clients when implementing new behavior intervention strategies
· Train/monitor behavioral staff and provide regular feedback to ensure fidelity of plan implementation
· Collaborate with family support agencies to ensure consistency across environments
· Write ISP goals and attend ISP meetings
· Attend team meetings and present behavioral updates as necessary
· Provide behavior training to all employees and offer parent trainings as needed
· Drive personal vehicle to and from clients’ place of residence
· Attend Safety Crisis Management (SCM) training and implement SCM as needed
· Employees must be effectively able to stoop, bend, lift up to 20 pounds, kneel, sit on the floor, walk a distance up to one mile at a time, and run at a brisk pace in order to support a client who elopes.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
