What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sanitation worker position at The Chefs' Warehouse?
Summary :
Clean, wash and sanitize meat, seafood and poultry processing areas and maintain cleanliness of workspace by performing the following duties.
What you’ll do :
- Prep Processing room for washing
- Power down machines using appropriate procedures
- Break down equipment for cleaning.
- Remove cardboard, trash bags, inedible from processing rooms
- Use high and low pressure water wash systems with water temperature between 120-140F
- Use proper detergent and sanitizing chemicals following MSDS procedures
- Ability to read labels for chemical identification
About you :
- 1-3 months of experience
