Visit Athens is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Seasonal Sales Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis from 8/25 and work through 12/30.
The ideal candidate will support the Sales and Destination Services departments through efficient management of contracts, office supplies, and operational logistics. This role is essential to maintaining smooth internal operations and supporting client needs to promote Athens as a premier travel destination.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Contracting Logistics: Coordinate sales contracting logistics, including the collection, quality review, and retrieval of signatures. Ensure contracts are accurate and processed efficiently.
- Contract Organization: Oversee the organization and filing system of contracts, working closely with Sales Managers to determine and manage contracting needs for each client.
- Office Supplies Management: Order and manage the inventory of office supplies for Visit Athens, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and operational needs are met.
- Housing Services Support: Serve as a back-up for Housing Services calls during peak times or high-volume support days, assisting in providing high-quality service to clients.
- Meeting Attendance: Participate in weekly Sales & Housing Operations meetings to stay up-to-date on departmental activities and contribute to collaborative efforts.
Work Schedule:
- Part-Time: 20 hours per week.
- Hybrid Model: Combination of remote work and in-person attendance, with one required in-office day per week.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with contract management and administrative support preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
