Scope:
The Club at Las Campanas is looking for a Spa Receptionist who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate Salon/Spa/ experience. The Spa Receptionist is responsible for all front desk activities and administration support of our spa and salon. Greets members and guests, charges POS system, answers phone, reports issues, communicates with members and team members
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greeting
- Charging members and guests with POS systems
- Computer activities including word and excel
- Monitoring front desk team activities
- Inventory
- Phone management
- Email management
- Reports maintenance issues
