Key Responsibilities
Assist guests with warmth and professionalism by providing luggage handling, guidance, and personalized support to ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experience.
- Knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, check daily event sheets, bulletin boards and be up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events.
- Explain the operation of room features, such as locks, ventilation systems, and televisions.
- Pick up and return items for laundry and valet service.
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the supervisor.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Hospitality oriented
- Valid Driver License.
- Must be able to lift to 60 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis, push and pull carts/equipment weighing up to 250 lbs., be able to bend, stop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning and luggage handling.
- Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
