Key Responsibilities
- Welcomes and acknowledges all guests in the spa, according to company standards, anticipatse and addresses guests’ service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring a serene and welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensures that all stations—water, refreshments, locker room supplies—are stocked.
- Ensures that guests are outfitted with appropriate robe and slippers.
- Escorts guests to treatment rooms and provides assistance as needed.
- Supports therapists to ensure that all treatment rooms are stocked with appropriate products and supplies.
- Assists females in their experience in the spa.
- Serves guests at the spa while providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
- Knowledgeable about daily hotel operations and is up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events.
- Follows all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the supervisor.
- Completes safety training and certifications.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Hospitality oriented
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a spa or wellness environment. Min. 1 year.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
- Ability to move, lift, carry and transfer weights up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).
