Responsibilities
- To support the Spa Director/Manager and ensure the day-to-day operations of the spa’s services and programs are ready for guests.
- To provide professional customer service and retail service to spa clients and guests.
- To ensure all technology is operational and ready for use.
- To ensure the experience for both guests and staff of the spa is of the highest caliber.
- To constantly drive the business of the spa and it’s experience towards the concept of 'Nulli Secundus' (secondto none).
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Licensed therapist in massage and/or esthetics a plus.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Strong client service and problem solving abilities.
- Strong computer experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Fully Bilingual a Must(Spanish/English).
