Key Responsibilities
- Installation Execution
- Perform precise measurements and installations of all Signature window treatments and pergola products.
- Review project details before arrival and coordinate questions with sales or the lead installer.
- Ensure client property is respected-move furniture as needed and clean the site post-install.
- Restore job sites to original condition, including returning furnishings.
- Customer Interaction
- Provide excellent service and communication during in-home and on-site installations.
- Respect client property and privacy-even when clients are not present.
- Offer guidance on proper use and maintenance of installed products.
- Pre & Post Install Duties
- Complete accurate check measures and take before/after site photos.
- Perform job recap documentation via company app before leaving each site.
- Quality Assurance
- Conduct final checks to ensure installation meets company standards and client expectations.
- Proactively resolve issues or communicate them to leadership.
- Safety Compliance
- Follow all safety procedures while using tools and performing installations.
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient work environment.
- Team & Warehouse Collaboration
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and fellow installers on job and technique improvements.
- Receive and check product shipments.
- Communicate parts inventory levels and help manage waste and recycling as needed.
- Documentation
- Accurately record installation details and customer feedback in job recap reports.
- 2 years of experience in installation, construction, carpentry, or trades preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and respectful in client-facing environments.
