Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in industrial, commercial, agricultural, and municipal environments
- Perform new construction, remodels, and upgrades for facilities such as packing houses, wells, elevators, lift stations, and residential homes
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform diagnostics and repairs
- Supervise and guide apprentices or co-workers on job sites
- Ensure safety standards and codes are consistently met
- Travel for out-of-area jobs (company covers travel time, lodging, meals)
- Provide timely and professional service to clients
- Maintain and manage assigned company vehicle and tools
- Active Nebraska Electrical Division Journeyman A License (Required)
- Live within 40 miles of Callaway, NE, or willing to relocate
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (MVR)
- Not listed on the sex offender registry (due to school and municipal project work)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar electrical roles preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead small teams
- Comfortable with overtime, travel, and occasional weekend work
