The Country Club of Virginia is seeking a safety-minded, member service oriented, self-motivated, confident, and decision-making leader for the Aquatics facility during the summer season.
Job Duties:
- Safety: ensure the health and safety of members and staff at all times at the Aquatics facility
- Operations: ensure that the Aquatics department is well-run and enjoys a high level of member participation, support, and satisfaction
- Member Engagement: ensure that the Aquatics department provides a high level of customer service and hospitality and establishes a personal connection to members
- Leadership: ensure that staff have an appropriate person to look to for guidance
Qualifications:
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Experience in related field required
- Previous supervisory skills a plus
- College degree in related field a plus
- CPR and/or lifeguard certification a plus
