The Country Club of Virginia is looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to join our Fitness team. Our state-of-the-art fitness center has an immediate need for a part-time Fitness Attendant.
Ideal candidates will be service-minded and have basic computer and phone etiquette skills. Experience working with fitness equipment and programs is required. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Greeting and engaging members and guests at the front desk
- Communicating effectively with fellow team members and other departments
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean reception area
- Communicating and enforcing rules and policies
Full-time, year-round schedule working five shifts (Monday - Friday) approximately 30-32 hours per week, Thanksgiving day required for Turkey Trot.
