Overview

Duties
- Create and implement lesson plans that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment that is conducive to learning
- Supervise children both indoors and outdoors to ensure their safety at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Organize activities and play-based learning experiences to engage children in the learning process
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that is conducive to learning
Qualifications
- Previous experience in toddler care, infant care, or preschool teaching is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is desirable
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
