About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and service‑oriented Technical Service Specialist to support dealership technicians in diagnosing and repairing tractors and related equipment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring high-quality customer support through expert technical guidance delivered via phone, electronic communication, and onsite visits.
What You’ll Do
- Provide real-time troubleshooting assistance to dealer service teams for tractor repair and diagnostics
- Support accurate identification of spare parts and components
- Deliver field insights and user‑experience feedback to Engineering teams to drive product improvements
- Conduct dealership visits to diagnose complex repair issues, train technicians, and resolve warranty concerns
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve service processes and overall product reliability
What You Bring
- 2 years of hands-on mechanic experience with agricultural equipment
- Strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining tractors and farm equipment
- Experience with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and precision farming technology
- Advanced understanding of tractor systems including engines, transmissions, and auxiliary components
- Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with MS Office, electronic documentation systems, and digital diagnostic tools
- Experience with tractor attachments, loaders, or implements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is a plus
