As an Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for conducting potential client intakes and onboarding new clients. This position is critical to our core philosophy because the intake coordinate is the first point of contact for potential candidates.

The perfect candidate must exhibit empathy, professionalism and strong communication skills when communicating with potential clients. An effective intake coordinator understands their role as a liaison for the firm’s philosophy and brand when communicating with potential clients.
Intake Coordinators must be organized to prepare weekly and monthly reports to Management detailing completed intakes. The intake coordinator will work alongside their team to perfect efficiency in onboarding new clients and meeting monthly goals.
Responsibilities
- Accept inbound calls from potential clients.
- Input potential client information into Law Firm Case Management Software.
- Guide potential clients through intake questions to evaluate if our firm is the best for their needs.
- Communicate our firm’s commitment of excellence to clients and provide a first impression of our commitment to excellence in service.
Qualifications
- Personal Injury Law Firm Experience (Preferred, Not Required)
- Prior Sales Experience
- Prior Customer Service Experience
- Bilingual (Preferred)
- Professional attitude and appearance, impeccable follow-through and commitment to the firm’s standard of excellence
- Ability to maintain organized reports detailing work objectives and accomplishments
- Proficient computer literacy with general Office applications including: Outlook, Word, Excel.
Salary : $34,200 - $43,300
