Job Description:
The District Credit Union is seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to join our team as Tellers. If you enjoy helping others, building relationships, and thrive in a culture of mutual support, we want to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform efficient and accurate teller transactions including handling cash, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, official checks, money orders, and credit card advances
Develop and maintain positive relationships with members
Ensure prompt and professional resolution of member requests including account maintenance, online banking support, and other service related tasks
Provide information about Credit Union products and services including cross-selling as appropriate
Follow Credit Union policies and procedures
Understand and adhere to regulatory requirements
Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Language: Proficiency in English (Required) and Spanish (Preferred)
