- Utilize previous experience within Real Estate Law to prepare and review business-purpose lending loan documents.
- Manage the preparation of loan documents.
- Conduct legal research to stay up to date with changes in state laws and regulations of compliance.
- Advise on legal implications and risks related to loan documents.
- Lead and manage a team of paralegals while ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the team.
- Review and analyze system generated loan documents.
- 7 or more years of experience in Real Estate Law.
- Active Bar member in good standing within your state.
- Proficiency in managing Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Strong work ethic and time management skills.
