What are the responsibilities and job description for the Optometric Technician position at The Eye Center?
Looking for an energetic and bright technician for both front desk and preliminary testing
-Experience is great, but we are willing to train
-General knowledge of eye anatomy
-Ability to multitask
-Computer literate
-Great communication skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Schedule appointments
-Answer multiple phone lines
-Quick learner
-Greet patients
-Conduct preliminary testing
-Manage patient flow
-Gathering patient medical history
-Contact lens training
-Previous experience verifying ins and billing and filing would be greatly appreciated
Ability to travel to the Cary and Raleigh locations a plus!
We are open 7 days a week so 2 to 3 weekends a month will be required.
Salary : $15 - $17
