Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Servers Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion and commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and the ability to engage with guests while ensuring a memorable experience. Prior restaurant experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service/bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Operate Toast POS system for order processing and cash handling.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cashiering protocols.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Demonstrate knowledge of outstanding hospitality and food/drink service.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Proficient in time management to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reporting.
- Experience in the food industry, particularly in roles related to bartending or food service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
