Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces
- Assist with setting up tables and restocking supplies as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle guest relations effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures
