The Florida Orchestra exists to INSPIRE | EDUCATE | UNITE and build community though the power of music. Celebrating our 56th season in 2023-24, The Florida Orchestra (TFO) is the largest professional orchestra in the state and largest performing arts organization in Tampa Bay. TFO employs 71 full-time professional musicians and conductors, graduates of some of the top music schools and conservatories, under the leadership of internationally acclaimed Music Director Michael Francis. Each season, TFO offers more than 100 high-quality music experiences, education and community programs. Concert series include classical, popular, and light symphonic morning concerts in three major performing arts venues in Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater, as well as free Pops in the Park and other community concerts. Beyond the concert halls, TFO programs bring the power of music to schools, youth and senior centers, and underserved areas. We put instruments in the hands of children, offer inspiration and joy to all ages and stages, uplifting comfort to those who most need it, and bring our community together.
Position Summary
It is the primary responsibility of the ticket center representative to provide excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and/or e-mail. This position also requires handling concert ticket sales, patron services, and daily operations related to TFO Ticket Center, located in downtown St. Petersburg, and in the venues where TFO performs.

Basic Functions
Process subscription and single ticket orders for a variety of Florida Orchestra concerts
Provides excellent customer service to all Florida Orchestra patrons, resolving issues in a timely manner, escalating when needed. Processes season renewals and reseating of patrons, and redeems complimentary vouchers and trade ticket orders. Assists with educational programs and community engagement ticketing needs. Clearly articulates and distinguishes the product features and benefits to patrons, including incentive offers and promotional programs. Follows ticket center policies and procedures.
Build and cultivate excellent patron relationships
Represents TFO at our performances, working at the venue will call window at concerts in Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater as assigned. Provides excellent customer service to all. Consistently identifies areas of improvement and growth.
Learn and use our ticketing software system, Tessitura.
Experience with this system is an advantage, but not essential. You will receive the necessary training.

Pay: $36,500.00 - $38,000.00 per year
