- Pay: $20 /hr
- As an Associate Scientist, you will be at the center of our operations and you will find everything we do, every day, is in line with an unwavering commitment to quality.
- You will be a part of a diverse and motivated team responsible for the development of fermentation processes to produce biotherapeutics.
- The role is well-integrated into the rest of the MSAT Microbial Team and will be relied on as a technical contributor to assess the assigned tasks.
- You will be supporting the team to setup bioreactors and execute well-designed experiments in a safe and effective lab environment.
- The candidate would also be responsible for user-level maintenance of the relevant equipment and associated documentation.
- Contribute to the shared team goals and collaborate with other team members.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Work instructions.
- Regularly execute and document laboratory studies with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Comply with safety and regulatory requirements is expected and documented through the internal training program.
- Maintain laboratory area and equipment in clean, safe, and functional order.
- Communicate appropriately on activities and progress to management, mentors, and key stakeholders.
