OVERVIEW:
The E-commerce Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of team operations which includes quality assurance of digital content asset packing, liaising with cross-functional teams on timelines and communications regarding all e-commerce projects across Site Content, Site Experience (UX/UI, E-Merchandising) & the E-Business, Beauty Tech & CRM teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 years of experience in project management and e-commerce
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong prioritization skills along with the ability to set clear milestones and timelines
- Exceptional understanding of strategy and operations related to the delivery of projects
- Understanding of the e-commerce landscape
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with Global markets and APAC a plus
- Ability to independently manage individual time and tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Liaise and coordinate projects and collaboration funnel between the Site Content, Site Experience (UX/UI, E-Merchandising) & the E-Business, Beauty Tech & CRM teams.
- Responsible and sole ownership of the delivery and end to end QA of digital content assets in partnership with the Creative and E-Merchandising team and to ensure assets meet brand standards
- Own and manage a weekly project tracker & weekly team meetings to effectively communicate project timelines, challenges, upcoming milestones
- Own cross functional communications on timelines, milestones and feedback loop which impacts all e-commerce projects
- Own communications and management of DAM image usage rights, asset retrieval for product designers and liaising with the BAM
- Responsible for meeting minutes and the filter of communication regarding all projects, goals timelines and actionable next steps
- Aid in asset adoption tracking across global e-boutique sites in partnership with content team
