Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) – Part-Time

The Gardens at Stevens is seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) to lead our Personal Care Home operations in Denver, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader to oversee daily administrative and clinical functions, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations while fostering a supportive environment for residents and staff.

Position Details

Schedule : Part-Time (20 hours per week)
On-Call : Required as needed
Compensation : $29 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership : Oversee all aspects of community operations, ensuring a high standard of care and service.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations governing personal care homes.

Fiscal Management : Develop and manage budgets, approve expenditures, and oversee financial reporting.

Team Development : Recruit, train, and support staff to maintain a skilled and engaged workforce.

Community Engagement & Marketing : Enhance the reputation and growth of the community through strategic marketing and outreach.

Emergency Preparedness : Remain available to respond to community needs, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Licensure : Valid and unrestricted Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) license in Pennsylvania.

Experience : Minimum of one year of leadership experience in a Personal Care Home or similar setting.
