Job Title: Systems Engineer IV
Location: Stafford, VA
Job Summary/Purpose: The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Systems Engineer IV to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
• Provide daily supervision and direction to staff.
• Serve as a recognized authority in analyzing information requirements.
• Analytically and systematically evaluate problems of workflows, organization and planning, and develop corrective action.
• Design and implement computer systems, software, and networks.
• Define complex system requirements, determining system specifications, processes, and working parameters.
• Ensure system hardware and software are compatible and capable of required performance metrics.
• Ensure computer systems function efficiently and securely to support an organization’s information technology needs.
• Design and implement computer systems, software, and networks including defining complex system requirements, determining system specifications, processes, and working parameters.
• Demonstrate managerial and supervisory skills.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Experience being the task lead/manager.
• Experience in applying systems engineering principles.
• Ability to adapt to fast paced and changing environment.
• Experience preparing and delivering presentations and briefings.
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized, able to manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical or scientific field. Military experience acceptable in lieu of education.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in systems engineering.
