What You’ll Do
Assist in the oversight of all housekeeping operations including guest rooms, laundry, and public areas
Deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset from arrival to departure
Train, motivate, and schedule the housekeeping team to ensure maximum productivity, morale, and guest satisfaction
Ensure a consistently high level of cleaning standards are met throughout the hotel
Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to ensure standards and quality are met and maintained
Work with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations
Foster a positive, service-driven culture that aligns with Forbes Five-Star standards
Qualifications
3 years housekeeping leadership experience at a luxury hotel property
Ideal exposure with Forbes Five-Star standards preferred
Have a solid understanding of housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars
Professional, yet comfortable with candid & open to and acting upon feedback – all with the guest and employee experience top of mind
Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Fluent in Spanish is a plus
