Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries about room availability, rates, and hotel services.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and resort amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using phone systems and hotel management tools.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Assist with billing inquiries and process payments accurately at the front desk.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred; hotel or resort experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software; familiarity with front desk operations is beneficial.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing guest requests and reservations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
