The CFO for an(UHNW family office is seeking 2 organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Runners to provide efficient, on-the-go support for their dynamic lifestyle. The ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional communication skills, and possess the ability to anticipate needs and execute tasks seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Errand Running : Handle a wide range of errands, including shopping, picking up and delivering items, dry cleaning, and managing courier services.
- Event Support : Assist with logistics for private events, including set-up, vendor coordination, and last-minute needs.
- Travel Coordination : Transport luggage and other personal items to / from destinations and ensure seamless transitions during travel.
- Inventory Management : Track and restock household and personal supplies as requested.
- Vendor Liaison : Communicate and coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors as needed.
- Special Requests : Handle miscellaneous tasks and projects with discretion and efficiency.
