3 Key Elements :
- Familiar with AV equipment. The AV they need is in a Studio Set up / green screens / Teleprompter / professional camera / panels for switching / mixing box for microphones. Studio for trainings
- Media creation / content creation : Familiar with the software. They have the recording, they need to do timelines, audio in timelines, pair with music, words coming into the screen, adding pictures into the screen. Editing and media creation / Size of the files
- Support the office as a site support : White glove service . Software and hardware issues. Refresh machines. Day to day support . Network concepts . Software concepts
