Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including renewal processes, policy endorsements, and claims management
- Collaborate with insurance underwriters to negotiate favorable terms and pricing for clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products and services to existing clients
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to best serve clients and provide proactive advice
- Assist in the development of risk management strategies and provide recommendations to improve clients' insurance coverage
- Maintain accurate client documentation, records, and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements
- 5 years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred
- Previous E&S experience in the Colorado market is required
- Previous experience with Property, LROs, Habitational, Contractors, Construction, GL, and Commercial Auto accounts is preferred
- Proficiency in insurance policy language, coverages, and endorsements
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
- Compensation: Between $80k-$100k (based on experience)
