Duties
- Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests leave.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, tables, and service stations.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or catering services.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
- Support the team in food handling tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide assistance during busy periods to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in bussing or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience in hospitality or catering environments is a plus.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
