Our services group delivers transportation, security, parking and other services to our residents. You will be working closely with the other supervisors within the department advancing our Facilities Management program.
Your skills needed are; leadership, supervision, excellent communication, computer literacy, and work orders. Prior experience managing fleet of equipment and vehicles, scheduling staff, and supervising tasks is essential. Demonstrated experience in a facilities department work environment is also essential.
