What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at The Landover Corporation?

   What our Office Assistant does for us:

  • Open & close office as needed, including lights, phones, other office equipment, signage, coffee, unlocking/locking appropriate cabinets & doors, etc.
  • Provides exceptional customer service in person and in all forms of communication.
  • Troubleshoot copiers, fax machines & printers and submit work orders as necessary
  • Supports & assists Principal Managing Broker and Office Manager by keeping abreast of broker relation issues & providing follow-up on multiple projects, as necessary. 
  • Assists with various branch events including biweekly meetings, monthly events & festive branch-related functions
  • Assists Principal Managing Broker & Office Manager with new broker orientations
  • Is a resource to brokers on all forms of social media/networking (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, blogs,  etc.)
  • Maintains branch office’s Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and other Social Media webpages.
  • Manages, organizes, & keeps up-to-date traditional marketing materials. Assists brokers with creating, preparing, & ordering general marketing collateral. Customizes open house flyers.
  • Knows and adheres to corporate brand standards
  • Troubleshoots basic issues & escalate unresolved issues to the Technology department. Ensure resolution of open issues.
  • Ensure that agents are aware of & trained on all of the Coldwell Banker Bain marketing tools available to them.
 What we'd like our Office Assistant/Branch Marketing to bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a professional office environment required.
  • Social Media and Marketing experience preferred.
  • Real estate office experience preferred.
