Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care. Responsibilities: - Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development - Provide supervision and guidance during playtime, meals, and naptime - Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress - Monitor children's behavior and implement appropriate behavior management techniques - Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment - Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of children - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare facility Requirements: - Previous experience working with children in a childcare, preschool, daycare, or nanny setting - Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities - Ability to provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues - Patience, compassion, and understanding when working with children of diverse backgrounds - Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle emergencies calmly and efficiently - Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred but not required Skills: - Behavior management - Preschool experience - Toddler care expertise - Daycare knowledge - Nannying skills - Experience working with children of all ages (infants, toddlers, preschoolers) - Childcare background - Infant care proficiency - Babysitting experience - Classroom management abilities Join our team as a Childcare Provider and contribute to the growth and development of young minds.
