What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Manager position at The Lisa Vogel Agency?
Qualifications: Experience within the home care industry is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate has previous experience scheduling, is comfortable answering and placing phone calls, and is proficient with a computer while also willing to learn the Agency's internal software. The candidate should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with agency clients and employees.
- The Manager will handle the care schedules for all Agency clients and communicate schedule changes to clients in a timely manner.
- The Manager shall ensure that all clients have replacement coverage due to caregiver scheduled or unscheduled absence(s).
- The Manager will contact clients regarding any scheduling changes/inquiries/issues.
- The Manager shall ensure all Agency caregivers are working their desired schedules.
- The Manager will answer inbound calls/emails and place outbound calls/emails to clients and employees.
- The Manager shall handle caregiver credentialing, as needed, which includes reaching out to caregivers for current credentials and updating Agency systems with updated documents.
- The Manager will perform general office duties including but not limited to word processing, making photocopies, filing and shredding of documents, and telephone services.
- The Manager shall be available to handle in- and out-bound calls during non-office hours.
- The Manager must maintain customer and employee confidence and protect operations by keeping internal information confidential.
- The Manager will work Monday through Friday in our Lutherville-Timonium office - business hours are 8am to 5pm. The position is not remote or hybrid.
