Reporting to the F&B leadership team, the Banquet Captain will ensure that all events are executed flawlessly, guests are treated warmly and provided with luxury service.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing Event Orders and making preparations for their execution.
- Strong knowledge of the food menu, wine list.
- Confidence in answering any client questions regarding the event and the hotel in general.
- Participate in all aspects of the event space set up, service, and break down service as needed.
- Completes opening and closing lists as needed.
- Focus on guest satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by being readily available/approachable to all guests.

Qualifications:
- 5 years of banquets in a high volume or luxury hotel.
- Experience working in a high-end hotel outlets environment is strongly preferred.
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to embody and impart The Loren’s unique culture to all associates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
