Job pay is $45,000 base plus 2% commission on sales you make.

We are seeking an individual to take take ownership with their role in our integrated marketing and sales department. Our ideal candidate for this position is highly motivated, effective, and able to learn quickly. The right candidate will be able to balance long hours with a supportive management team, and will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies that aim to increase revenue while creating brand loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales team's performance and enhance their effectiveness.
- Perform market research on behalf of the company.
- Deliver results in internet marketing and over the phone sales.
- Define new services to be offered and create a plan for implementing them.
- Oversee the implementation of new services.
