Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay Rate: $26-29/hr
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

- Competitive salary - $26-29/hr
- Cell Allowance - $40 per month
- Your choice of two different medical plan options. The employer contribution is 70% of the monthly premium
- Vision and dental plans are available. The employer contribution is 75% of the monthly premium.

- Sick time, 1 hour for every 40 hours worked

Your primary duties will include performing property turnovers, service calls and performing maintenance checks of homes.
