Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday

Everyday Will Be Different but Your Primary Duties Include:
- Assists and follows directions from Resident Manager, Assistant Manager and Senior Portfolio Manager.
- Maintains marketing, advertising and available notifications of properties.
- Use of sales skills and techniques to lease apartments by being knowledgeable about market conditions, competition and amenities on the property and in the surrounding area.
- Prepares and keeps a monthly market survey of comps in the surrounding area.
- Responds to inquiries, shows homes and apartments.
- Processes rental applications in accordance with company policy.
- Assists in rent collections.
- Leases properties, prepares paperwork, perform lease signing and move in inspections.
- Contacts utility companies to ensure transfer at move in.
- Assists with resident requests, posts notices and provides administrative support as requested.
- Preparing and hosting resident functions and activities
- Processes lease renewals
- Performs verbal and written communications to tenants as directed by the Resident Manager and/or Senior Portfolio Manager.
