ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet or exceed defined revenue targets and agency growth objectives
· Identify and assess prospect’s needs by analyzing their business risks and insurance requirements to deliver tailored solutions
· Cultivate and maintain a robust network of centers of influence, leveraging relationships to generate leads and expand market reach
· Collaborate effectively within a team-based sales model, contributing to shared goals through open communication, shared strategies, and joint client engagement
· Foster positive relationships with carrier partners to support placement strategies and negotiations
