POSITION SUMMARY
The Employee Benefits Risk Advisor is responsible for the establishment and development of new key account clients from lead generation to close. The objective is attained by developing new business clients, building relationships, and cross selling McClone services to current clients. Revenue generation and client satisfaction are achieved by working together with the support team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Develop and maintain a book of employee benefit key account clients in accordance with predetermined goals by identifying prospects and pulling them through the McClone sales process
· Examine prospects to determine insurance and risk management needs
· Maintain relationships and knowledge of existing accounts and coverages to retain current clients upon renewal
· Demonstrate ability to work within a team selling environment
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
· Develop and maintain relationships with the employee benefit’s department by providing constructive feedback as necessary
· Maintain positive relationships with our carrier partners
· Solid understanding of the agency management system, carrier websites, products, and coverages
